Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Availability
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C.
- Shipping is available Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
- Processing time begins once payment is verified and order is complete
3. Shipping Rates
- Calculated at checkout based on the product size and weight
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking numbers will be emailed within 24 hours of shipment
- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment
5. Lost
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect packages upon delivery
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not discard packaging materials
- Contact Customer Service immediately at belvedereautocare@gmail.com
Lost Packages:
- File a claim as soon as possible
- Provide tracking number and order details
- Replacement or refund processed after carrier investigation
Missing Items:
- Report within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of unopened packages
- Missing items will be replaced or refunded
6. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective
- Defective/Damaged Items: Free return shipping label provided
