Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Availability

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C.
  • Shipping is available Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Processing time begins once payment is verified and order is complete

3. Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at checkout based on the product size and weight

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed within 24 hours of shipment
  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment

5. Lost

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect packages upon delivery
  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do not discard packaging materials
  • Contact Customer Service immediately at belvedereautocare@gmail.com

Lost Packages:

  • File a claim as soon as possible 
  • Provide tracking number and order details
  • Replacement or refund processed after carrier investigation

Missing Items:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of unopened packages
  • Missing items will be replaced or refunded

6. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective
  • Defective/Damaged Items: Free return shipping label provided
  • Wrong Item Shipped: Free return shipping and replacement
